A attack jutsu's Damage is determined by 2 things;
a) how high the dice roll was
and
B) What rank it was

E and D-Rank jutsu = 2 Damage per #1 on a dice roll (a 6 roll would = 12 damage)
C- Rank jutsu = 5 Damage per #1 on a dice roll (a 6 roll would = 30 damage)
B- Rank jutsu = 10 Damage per #1 on a dice roll (a 6 roll would = 60 damage)
A - Rank jutsu = 20 Damage per #1 on a dice roll (a 6 roll would = 120 damage)
S - Rank jutsu = 50 Damage per #1 on a dice roll (a 6 roll would = 300 damage)
SS- Class Jutsu = (Depends on what is agreed apon by the Admin and the creator of the jutsu)


There are 3 ranges
Short range: hand to hand
Mid range: short distance attacks
Long range: long distant attacks

Short range attacks can only beat Mid range if it is 2 times as fast
Mid range can only beat long range if it is 2 times as fast
and
short range can only beat long range if it is 4 times as fast

this is because the longer range will snipe the short range jutsu user before they can do thier jutsu

Hand to hand is always short range
and
Shuriken throwing is always Mid range

genjutsu are instant

Same range vs Same range would depend on the damage,

dodges will depend on if it's just plan faster than the jutsu

Speed of a jutsu

The jutsu speed is (Juitsu x 10) + (chakra/stamina x 5)

so if a taijutsu is 6 jutsu and 1 + 6 stamina..... the speed is;
Jutsu 6 x 10 = 60mph
1 + 6 = 7 x 5 =35mph
60mph + 35 mph = 95mph

so the speed is 95MPH for a 6 jutsu and 1 + 6 stamina

the same goes for chakra rolls (ninjutsu)
